I need some help and suggest from you, Well I'm beginner photographer this is my first time want to invest on dlsr camera body and lenses, So kindly tell me which professional lenses is cheaper Nikon or canon.
well you guy thinking why I'm asking this question because I want that type of dlsr camera which I can affordable to buy lenses. Here I have heard that Nikon lenses price are higher then canon lenses. So kindly please clear my confusion which brand should i buy.

Pentax' lenses are competitive, and - of course - you can use manual-focus lenses on a Pentax DSLR.

Sony take the superb Minolta AF lenses which are fairly plentiful on the used market.

Sigma, Tamron and Tokina lenses fit all of them (if you specify the correct mount) at the same price.

If you only know Canon and Nikon, you aren't ready for a DSLR, so hold off for the moment.

It depends on the lens!
Some Nikon lenses are more expensive and some Canon lenses are more expensive.
They both do "standard" lenses as well as "Quality" lenses which cost a bit more.
Overall, there's not much difference in prices.

Both companies make budget, mid-range and professional quality lenses. They are in direct competition so the prices for equivalent lenses are pretty much the same.
