Which lens is better for photography? Regardless of the price?
Nikon 55-200
canon EF-S 55-250
CANON EF 75-300?
Photography of WHAT? For one thing, the EF 75-300 gives a higher telephoto rating. What are you trying to photograph?
Inientally, the Canon lens will not fit a Nikon camera, and vice versa.
If you have a Nikon, the Nikon 55-200 is the best, though there are a couple of versions and the more expensive ones are better.
Between the two Canon lenses, they are about the same, but the EF-S will not work for full frame cameras.
The nikon won't work on a canon camera. And the canon lenses won't work on a nikon camera. So your question is not really valid.
All the lenses you mentioned are zoom lenses with different maximum and minimum focal lengths - so they are not really comparable. So for example, no point buying a 75-300mm if you need to shoot something at 55mm. And there's no point buying a 55-200mm if you need to shoot at 300mm.
The Canon EF-S lens is only for use on camera with a crop sensor - not a full frame camera.
