Which DSLR camera do get?

I'm buying my first DSLR and i'm 13! I've saved up $500 to buy a camera and it's all my money. I can buy any camera i want to i'm stuck on deciding! I've done tons of research but i've narrowed it to four cameras.
1. Canon rebel t6 (18mp, 3.0fps, brand new)
2. Nikon d3400 (24.2mp, 5.0fps, brand new)
3. Canon eos 50d (15.1mp, 6.3fps, USED)
4.canon rebel sl1 (18mp, 4.0fps, refurbished from canon website.)
i will be using the camera for horse shows and photoshoots as well as taking pictures of my horses and my friends riding.
