Which camera should I consider?
Which point&shoot takes clearer photos, good battery life and overall good camera? Canon powershot elph 300 hs mp digital camera, or nikon s9100? Please include your own opinion even list your own favorite camera!
I personally don't like nikons. Poor image quality and a lot of nikons don't have image stabilizer (to help reduce shakiness). But canon does and it comes in SUPER handy.
Plus the canon elph 300 hs is a GREAT camera. I have a powershot sx40 hs and its great. The elph 300 is amazing. I tested it.out before. One of the best and coolest point and shot cameras I have ever seen. Definitely go with canon.
I'm not sure about point and shoot cameras, but in my experience with SLRs, Nikon is one of the most proven brands. I know may professional photographers with nikon, and Olympus cameras. Nikon and Olympus have better quality cameras over-all, but with point and shoot either one. Canon is usually a bit more user friendly though
Instead of Canon powershot elph 300 hs mp digital camera you should go for
Canon PowerShot ELPH 500 HS 12.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera with Full HD Video and Ultra Wide Angle Lens (Silver)

Where as if you wish to go for nikon you can go for
Nikon COOLPIX S9100 12.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera with 18x NIKKOR ED Wide-Angle Optical Zoom Lens and Full HD 1080p Video (Black)
My favorite camera is Nikon 1 J1 after it was release by Nikon last year. I also fan of Canon S95 and S100.elph 300 is also great but I never read any reviews or articles about it so I don't have any idea yet.
