Which camera is best? - 2

Well i'm looking into buying a camera soon and have narrowed it down to two.
Nikon D1300 or Canon EOS 1100D. Any opinions on which one is better to buy? Or any other suggestions? I can't spend too much and want something that isn't massively complicated to use.

Neither. They're practically the same. All dSLR's are massively complicated to use if you don't know photography. Worse, you'll get the same pictures as you had with your point-and-shoot if you use the dSLR at Auto mode all the time. There's no dSLR built for the newbie. If you're not serious in learning the craft, you might as well look for a cheaper camera.

The Nikon has better image quality at high ISO. You won't go wrong with either camera…

If its going to be used for video a lot I would suggest the canon
