Which Camera has combination of Cmos sensor and carl zeiss lense?

I want to buy a camera of renowned company (Cannon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilms, Olympus etc) which has above requirement and optical zoom of above 15x. Also I have a budget of 272$ (15000 Rs). Any suggestion is welcomed… 10 points for best answer…
