Where Can I Buy good cheap DSLR Nikon or Canon Camera?

I want a cheap Canon Or Nikon Camera to Start A little hobby photograph business. I need one to start off with not the simple. My price range is about 250$.Anyone no where I can get one in Phoenix?

Visit them and see if you really want a dSLR or something else like a bridge camera, closer to your budget range.

Look on Craig list, Ebay for older model, I'm sure you can find a Nikon D70 or Canon 20D both with kit lens in this price range.
