What's' the best digital camera for under $100.00?

Is 14 or 16 pixels better? Nikon or Cannon or what kind is the best?

Good luck finding a good 14MP camera for under $100… In compact cameras, two mega pixels will not make any difference. And Canon has one N.

Nikon and Canon are great brands for DSLRs but for point and shoots i'd say the Sony is better.
