What camera? YOU CHOSE

All right so I have been searching around for a hd slr camera and I have found the
DMC-FZ100 "it's da panasonic brand"
and the
P100 "ala nikon brand"
What one would you chose and why?

And don't suggest any other camera UNLESS it has hd movies and can take super good pics and be around 300$ on AMAZON

Neither is a dSLR, they are both advanced "bridge" cameras.

They are very similar. I would probably get the Lumix for the better lens.
