Which camera would you chose?

Nikon D3100
Canon PowerShot SX40 HS
FujiFilm FinePix HS30EXR
I need something with a lot of zoom, which the Canon has, But I also need something that takes good night photos which I know the FujiFilm does along with the Nikon.
So which one would you chose?

Sx40 not as expensive
good image quality
easier to carry

D3100 for sure

In the list 2 are point and one is dslr camera. So if you want a camera with good zoom than go for Canon SX40 and if you want a camera with nice picture quality than go with Nikon D3100
