Vote for best Nikon Camera for starter photographers?

I always wanted to have a digital camera. I want to buy it from eBay. I can't buy a camera (used or new, it doesn't matter) which costs more than 170$… I want a camera with advanced settings, not basic. Which one is the best from all Nikon digital cameras under 170$? (used or new, it doesn't matter!) Also, will be very happy if you tell me top 5, or top 10! <33

I got my first Nikon camera about 4 years ago, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It happened to be the Nikon D40 (the best beginners Nikon camera in my opinion) and i took many of my award winning pictures on that camera. It goes for reasonable prices on Ebay (which is where i got mine actually) and the pictures you can take with it will be amazing I promise!
