Using Ilford 3200 ASA B&W 35mm Film indoors?
Using Nikon SLR Camera I have never used higher than 400 ASA.
If I'm using 3200 ASA do I need a Flash in good lighting situations or not any tips you might have for me using this high speed Film.

The beauty of 3200 ASA film is that generally, you don't need flash. You take basically take your exposure for 400 film and increase your shutter speed by 3 stops. So if you were shooting 400 film and your shutter speed was 1/25th of a second, you would change it to 1/200th for 3200 film.

You should not need to use any flash whatsoever and to do so would likely totally wash out any photos. Standard lighting should be just fine and this film will render some very dramatic shadow effect. The downside is that you are going to see a lot of grain in the finished photos.

I would try it without flash, as it's so high. You might be able to get away with a lot of leeway indoors, as it's such a high ISO, I mean, don't take pictures in a lightless room or anything but it should be pretty easy to work with.
