Used Nikon 18-200 lens price?

Is there any where that I can get this lens used for like $300 because I don't really want to buy it full price at like 700 800 dollars

No.
Due to the expense of the new ones, which are closer to $850, the used ones - if you are even lucky enough to find one, go for $700 or more.
The best price you will find on that lens is $625 for a refurbished Ver 1, or $699 for a refurbished Ver 2 at the Nikon Outlet Store.

You might be able to save a few dollars on a refurbished one from Adorama or B&H, perhaps $25 to $50 less than the Nikon Outlet store, but they are often out of stock on them.
Fact is, good lenses hold their value, and if it is a currently produced lens, you are not saving much if anything by buying a used lens. Where you find used lenses at bargains are the older ones, and even then, Nikon will have a higher resale than the aftermarket lenses.
You can perhaps get an older used sigma in a similar focal length for $300.

Not legally or reliably. You'd be lucky to get one for $600
