Sighting in Rockriver.223 Rifle?

I have a Rockriver.223, 24" barrel with a Nikon 4.5 x 14 Buckmaster scope that sits about an inch to two inches above the chamber. Does anyone know what would be the best way to sight this rifle in anywhere from 80 - 200 yards with a PMC 55 gr.bullet? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Step 1; Go to target range
Step 2; Put target at range you want to sight in at
