Shutter speed and aperture
Ok so recently i got a nikon 1 and i tried taking pictures but it came out super dark. Ok i thought lets put it on aperture priority but then it made it super blurry or it did a slow shudder so i put it on shutter priority and it took the picture really fast only to come out pitch-black and the auto and manual settings are useless
It sounds like you may be having an ISO problem.
When you take a photograph, there are 3 variables in the camera that determine if your film or imaging chip is being correctly exposed, and you are talking about only 2 of them; shutter speed and aperture.
If you are inside and the light is low, you have to account for this with a faster ISO, at least 400, maybe higher. Then set your shutter speed at about 1/60 for hand-held, or 1/30 for braced shots, while keeping your depth of field at its fastest setting (I'm not sure with the Nikon 1 kit lens what that would be offhand). From that point, figure out what your fastest tolerable (for noise) ISO is, and if you still aren't getting proper exposure, turn on more lights or use your flash.
