I'm a film student, I'm looking for a good camera of canon or nikon that i can use for filming! I'm not looking for any camera i need a camera thats good quality and HD! I want the videos to look professional!
Good camera choice for a concert?
I don't want anything amazing or too expensive, I normally just use my phone but I need more memory. So I've been looking and I really like the Nikon L840. It's on sale and it seems pretty good. I was just curious if anyone had any experience with this camera in a concert setting or if anyone knew of a better camera between $100-$200 that did well in a concert setting.
Any tips on using and Filters?
I bought three and Filters for my Nikon today in hope of perfecting my photography. Now, so far most of my work has been classed as 'snapshots' (totally agree, check Instagram: @ishayc0). After setting up my Flickr ( ), I wanted to start using said filters for daytime long exposures. However, I'm not quite sure what you would use the filters for (I know, bad idea buying without Really knowing). So I thought maybe someone can point out their main uses and what situations to use them in.
Filters are ND2, ND4 & ND8.
I'm planning on going to Zambia in a few years, and I will be bringing my Nikon SLR as well as my Canon SLR and a few lenses. So my question is what would be some camera bags that you would recommend? I need a bag that can carry what I've posted above as well as a lap top. A way to carry a tripod would be a plus but is not a huge requirement. While I'm at it too I know I'll need some sort of jacket when it cools off so what would you guys recommend? The company I was looking at doing it through recommends clothing that will blend in with the landscape.

Nikon d5200 mode to take picture of firework?
I have Nikon d5200 and I wonder what mode should I use to take picture like this in the picture and a picture of me and my boyfriend watching firework. Most people said landscape. Can you please help me 
I need to a better set of lenses for my Nikon D5300 camera?
I just have Nikon kit lens of 18-55. I do shoot at narrow apertures to get the better sharpness. But I would like to improve even further.
I was thinking at prime lens 35mm by nikon f1.77
or sigma 18-35mm or 17-70mm How is the sharpness from these?
I do not care about shooting videos much.
Also to increase the zoom range i was thinking about Nikon 55-200mm,
the old 55-200mm VR is £125.00 the new 55-200mm VR II is £250 is this new version really worth of extra money? Is there a difference in sharpness?
Which Canon DSLR camera fits me best?
My 18th birthday is coming up and I really want a Canon DSLR camera. But I'm too confused. At my high school, in grades 10 and 11 we had a mandatory photography class so I actually know a bit about it but there are too many cameras to choose from. I want to take pictures of nature, places and occasionally normal friend pictures. I'm going to England after my 18th birthday and That s where I'm planning to take a lot of nature pictures. I usually take pictures with my friends using my iphone but If let s say I'm spending a vacation abroad, Id take pictures using the Camera. But it's mainly nature and video/vlogging focused. Also, I don't want to break the bank since this would be my first camera and I'm not a pro. So Id like it to be under 1000$. And a camera with good focus. I've used a Nikon camera before since my cousin owns one (don't remember the model) and I liked it but not as much as the canon. I've used a canon EOS 600D (i think it's the rebel t3 in America?) For my photography class, Our class was based on it. I loved it and that was my top choice for picking a camera but I d like to know if there are other Canon s that suit my purpose better.
