Nikon FM-10.anyone use it?

Need a 35mm SLR for a photography course I'm taking in college. Anyone use the Nikon FM-10. I have a couple DSLRs and rangefinders but truthfully have not shot film besides toying with lomography just for fun. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of this camera or recommend something else?

Added (1). I know you said there's no need to look for anything else… But I must ask. Is there anything better?

The FM-10 is an excellent 35 mm SLR

It has all the features you need to take your class

There's no reason to look for anything else.

Ask your instructor if you have doubts, but as an instructor, I know you will be able to complete all the assignments during your class

You ask " Is there anything better?"

Define better! The FM-10 has all you need. With film the camera body has even less influence over the photograph than with digital. Your skill and the lenses will make or break your photos.

Only "better" would be if you already had, for example, a stack of Canon EF lenses that you could use with a Canon EOS film camera. Other than that the Nikon is great

I'd go for a Pentax KX or MX, or, in a pinch an Olympus OM-1, but it's really down to personal preference.

The FM-10 is available from new (unlike the others) and will do anything you need it to.
