Nikon buckmaster or prostaff?
I need a good hunting scope good in low light condition and that can handle cold weather situations
Either one will be fine. The Buckmaster is a slightly better scope, but unless you just want to spend an extra $100+, I think you'd be fine with the Prostaff.
Both are good the buckmaster is just a little better. Nikons scopes run from the prostaff on the cheap end to the buckmaster and top of the line monarch. All are good solid scopes, the prostaff at one time(5 years ago) didn't have the greatest glass but was a solid scope but the newer ones are noticeably clearer.
