MacBook or Nikon/Cannon?

I'm in a fix. Am unable to decide what should I put my hands on now - a Macbook air or a nice DSLR! I already have a windows but I thought of buying a macbook, considering the fact that I may start building ios apps some time soon. On the other hand, I'm thinking of developing a hobby like photography. Don't really know anything about photography, except the usual photos that I click with my iPhone!

Get the camera you can program aps on windows machines using apple's emulator they have for ap dev projects I think you just have to subscribe to them and pay a price for the softwear kit
