Nikon Nikkor 50mm 1:2 Speed High Speed Lens how is this one?
Added (1). I'm going to pick this up tomorrow for $99
I want to shoot this with my DSLR
I guess what I'm getting is more light for night time filming?
which means I won't have to go so high on the ISO?

Well… Anything with an aperture of f/2.8 or better (the lower the f/stop number the faster it is) is considered a "fast" lens. "Fast" lenses are made for low light shooting as they allow more light into the camera.
The one thing to consider is how this lens will interact with your camera… I will leave that up to the Nikon people to advise you… But it may or may not be a manual only lens.

I've seen this question before. An f2 is not high speed. The only f2 50mm lenses nikon made were in the 70s. They will be full manual on anything less than a D200/D7000.
