Which one should I get the most? Or should I just get both of these lens.

The 35 mm is a moderate wide angle and 85 mm a portrait lens when used on a full frame camera.

The 35 mm is a "normal" lens and the 85 mm a medium telephoto lens on a APS-C sensored camera

While I would recommend getting both, the 85mm is slightly better. Every pro that I know that uses an 85mm f1.4 (or even the 1.8) loves that lens over every other lens…

35mm and 85mm lenses are totally different from one another and perform totally different jobs so it doesn't make sense to compare them.

When you need a 35mm lens (wide normal lens on full frame or long normal lens on half frame cameras) you need a 35mm lens.

When you need an 85mm lens (short long lens on full frame or long lens on half frame cameras) you need an 85mm lens.

35mm is for shooting things that you can get closer to or that you want a wider perspective of and 85mm is for shooting things that are more distant that you want a closer/tighter perspective of.

How is anyone here supposed to know which one is best for you without knowing what you shoot the most?

Also, there are different versions of each lens, just saying Nikkor means little to nothing. Nikon makes these lenses with different maximum apertures and they have made them in auto focus, manual focus and other types. Also, (as noted) each lens shows a different magnification on different bodies so without knowing what body you are using we also can't tell you want lens you need.

Please provide details in order to get a useful answer.

There's not only one 35mm and not only one 85mm. I would get the 35mm first then I will get the 85mm later. I will get them both.
