Why not read your manual, which has an entire page devoted to what those terms mean, and work it out for yourself?

To be fair, if you're asking a question like this, the good, but expensive 50mm f1.4 may not be for you.

Page 199 in your manual shows that all AF-S lenses are compatible with your camera.

Yes.

It will mount and since it is AF-S, autofocus will work with your D5200.

This is explained in the Owner's Manual for your camera. All Nikon AF-S lenses are fully compatible with your D5200 and will provide auto focus.

I'll add my voice to the chorus, yes you can use a Nikon Nikkor AF-S 50mm f/1.4G lens with the Nikon D5200. But, if I may, I would suggest you will get all the performance you need, and at a lot less cost, by getting the Nikkor AF-S 50mm f/1.8G lens.
