Can I use Kodak Plus 200 Indoors without Flash for Cat Pictures I was thinking about 1/125 Shutter Speed without Flash do not want to scare the Cat

Sure. It all depends on the level of existing light in the room. With a light meter you can confirm it. Low light, not so easy. Brighter levels, go to work.

Own a light meter? If not, buy one.

Set the Luna Pro to 200 and take some readings. Reflective mode read off of neutral gray object, or use the dome on the meter for incident reading, aim it at the camera in rhe chosen light.

You will need a Lot of lights on in the room,
and if they aren't in the colour temperature range known as "daylight"
you will need even more of them along with a corrective filter to get good colour rendition.

One good test is using the metering in the camera…

Beside the window with sunlight entering through it perhaps or if you can steady that lens at 1/8s, it's worth a gamble. Otherwise, I doubt it.
