Is kodak ultramax 400 ISO film good for taking pictures of waterskiing in a boat?

Note there's quite a bit of shaking while in a boat and i want to know if 400ISO is good enough or do i need to go higher?
I have a Nikon N80 (F80 outside USA) SLR Film camera

As long as you can shoot at shutter speeds fo 1/800th second or faster.
Using the sunny 16 rule ISO 400 file can be exposed at 1/1000th second at between f/8 and f/11
