Is this tripod any good?

Researched it and found its pretty good but wanted other opinions.
I want a moderate tripod for time lapses, long exposures, etc

Looks like a decent consumer grade tripod. Brenro tripods get good reviews on Amazon. It will work fine for your uses.

Benro make some decent tripods, but I doubt if this is one of them. I agree with the negative comments made last time you posted this question.

This is a very flimsy tripod, worse than the last one you posted. At least the previous model was priced fairly for what it was, and could probably manage some light use. This one looks like it will fall over or fall apart if you sneeze near it. What camera and lens do you want to support? We can offer better advice knowing that.
