Is there such thing as full function remote control for DSLR?

I'm looking for a reasonably simple way to remotely input aperture, shutter speed and ISO. Does Nikon or Canon have remote controls allowing this?

What are you trying to do?
Some of the dSLR's made by Nikon and Canon can be controlled to some extent by using a tether and software on a computer
But changing ISO's might be pushing it.
If ISO chances need to be made remotely, setting the camera to shoot using auto ISO is a more elegant way to go.

This can only be done via software control from a computer, with the camera "tethered" via cable. I can't answer if ISO is one of the things you can change, I don't know.
