They're pretty much the same on paper with the B700 having more pixels, which should cause more noise from the already super-small, smartphone-sized pixels. Don't expect much from either one, as they're both have poor image quality due to their super-small 1/2.3" sensor.

The B700 shoots 4k so it'll have better video capabilities.
