Is it welcome home or welcome home, son?

Okay so the song by radical face that's on the nikon adverts is really good and I was looking on spotify in my playlist and my friends. On my friends it's called 'welcome home, son' but on mine it's called 'welcome home' All I want to know which one it is and why there are two different names.
