Is a Fuji Digital Camera worth purchasing?
Are Fuji digital cameras good? I want a camera that takes great pics, quick shutter speed for capturing a toddler and takes good night pics. Any model suggestions. Please no canon or nikon.
Fuji makes very good cameras. Quick shutter speed? You mean next shot delay? Then you are looking into DSLRS for fastest next shot delays.
A Fuji with plenty of zoom, and controllable shutter speed is the Fuji S1800 (aperture/shutter priority). Last I saw Abe's of Maine had it for $169+shipping
If you are talking 'about fast shutter speeds check out Website dpreview.com---go to specifications to compare.
I have two Fuji cameras along with my Canon 1000D. Fuji, at least in my experience, makes excellent equipment - worth it? Yes indeed.
Ya you can buy it Fujifilm FinePix S1800 12.2 MP Digital Camera which is really nice.
* Fujinon 18x wide-angle optical zoom lens (28mm wide-angle to 504mm telephoto);
* Dual Image Stabilization
* Capture movies in HD quality 720p resolution
* 3.0-inch high-contrast LCD and Electronic View Finder
* Track a moving subject automatically for still picture capture
Why not Canon or Nikon? But seriously, Fuji is a good brand, but some models are better than others. For good night pics probably go up a bit in price.
Depends. I heard the Fuji S-series digital SLRs cameras were very good (unfortunately they don't make them anymore, but you can find them used. I think KEH.com has some for sale). Although they use nikon lenses I think (not sure if that would be a dealbreaker for you).
Some good, some not. But i prefer buy cameras on internet, it is much cheaper but also very good in use.
