If you visit a website like B&H Photo, you will see that third party flash makers make the same model flash units but with different contacts for the various brand cameras being sold today
You are asking about a very old flash made for 35 mm manual focus cameras. I can see why a $20 flash could be compelling, but really, just save your pennies and buy an external flash designed to be used with your brand camera

You can use it in Auto or Manual mode with the camera in Manual mode and with a shutter speed not faster than the flash sync speed. Definitely no TTL operation whatsoever.
That unit was designed to be used with a 35mm camera.
You can get a low end flash that will work with your camera for around $50.
