In your opinion, what would be the best digital camera to buy?

I had a nikon one before but it's junk now and I would like to start with a new brand.

I'm thinking about getting a sony camera next, but not sure. Found a nice silver one at wal mart too, could be worth getting.

Sure, buy the silver one. That's a good color for a camera.

Speaking from personal experience I would avoid the Sony brand as they refused to repair based on the fact my item was out of warranty (by10days), even though I offered to pay for the repair by way of Sony's estimate, of course!

Best brand in the "point & shoot" area is Canon.
Best value for the money and mfr.backing up their product is Fuji.

In MY opinion, the BEST digital camera would be Leica S2, Hasselblad H5D-200MS and Canon 1DX.
