I made a movie with arcsoft mediaimpression saved it but can't play back?

Made a videos on my nikon ad edited it on arcsoft mediaimpression, i saved it to a folder to play back and upload to youtube, but when i click on it its just a black screen. When i try upload it to youtube it says it the wrong file or something?

Convert to one of the media types accepted by YouTube.
