I'm planning to buy a DSLR camera. Suggestions please?

Please suggest me which one is good to buy 'Canon' or 'Nikon'? My budget is 25-30000 (negotiate).

I would suggest the Nikon D3x. It's around 6 grand (body only), so this will leave you $24, 000 for lenses, which should be pretty easy to spend!

Pentax and Sony are pretty good as well, it all comes down to how they feel in your hands.

Unfortunately, there are few DSLRs available at that price unless you go used - you might consider a bridge camera, though, and Fujifilm are among the best here.

Either brand is great to buy, but you NEED to make a list of what you want to camera to do/ use it for.

Add just a little dust there and buy a Sony A57, they are real hammers. You can buy later tons of ancient Minolta Lenses on E-bay just for nuts and they all work on the body.
