I'm looking for a decent camera?

I'm trying to find a decent camera, with a decent price (I can't spend more than like 200 on it, and even then that is a lot… ). But i was looking at Nikon and Cannon.

There's a few things i want though:
*no really pixel/grainy pictures
*can handle natural light and artificial light well
*not using AA batteries… I can't stand those, it never lives long
*doesn't blur the picture at the slightest movement
*zoom capabilities that aren't going to blur the picture…

The current camera i have now is a Casio Exilim, it works fine for simplistic pictures or youtube videos, but everything else it simply hates (aka: does all the above things - except has a chargeable battery <3)

any help would be great: D

I wouldn't really suggest Canon and Nikon unless in the professional section.

My friend has a camera that takes AMAZING photos.
The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W370 14.1 MP Digital Camera
it is less than 200$
Less Grainy than your average camera (in video)
Rechargeable battery.
Zooming blurs when at digital zoom but not optical
And definitely reduces unnecessary light.

Your perfect camera.

I have a Canon SLR XSi and I love it. The only thing is, SLR cameras are kinda high. For a compact camera with good quality, I would go with a Canon or Nikon. And for the blur problem, get one with an Image Stabilizer. It helps the pictures to not blur if you were to move slightly when taking the picture. To see if the camera has an Image Stabilizer, just look for IS after the name of the camera.

* New scene modes such as Miniature Effect and Fisheye Effect;
* Low Light mode for dimly-lit situations.
