How to upload photos from the Nikon AW110 on to Instagram?

I just got the Nikon AW110 and I want to know how to upload pictures on to instagram. Do you have to download the Nikon App?

You have to copy all the images from your memory card to your computer.

Then using your computer skills, log on to the Instagram website and upload just those images from your card that are brilliant. Leave the rest on your computer and delete horrible ones, both in poor composition and those with technical flaws.
