How much is my Remington 700 worth?

Remington 700 ADL in 30-06
Nikon Prostaff 3-9x 50mm scope
Almost new condition…
A year old

Maybe 600 bucks.

Let me break it down for you this way. These would be retail prices I'd expect to find same condition items for here in Georgia (USA).
Rem 700 ADL - $275 - $350
Nikon Prostaff 3-9x50 - $150 - $175

Just bought one--different scope but same quality. Bought it from a shop, paid $425. Couldn't tell that it had ever fired a round.

I see the BDL models new in the box with a full warranty at most big box retailers for about $700. I think I could do better at a mom and pop store - maybe $650.
The Nikon scope? That's worth $50. I have a couple of them and they are junk.
The other downside to your "new" Rem 700 is that it probably has the safety key feature. No thanks. I know that firearms can do damage when misused. I don't need to be hunting around for one of my little green safety keys when I'm ready to go hunting.
So… Remington model 700 ADL with safety key and 3-9x Nikon scope. $475 is what most would pay.
PS: I have a sport shop that is 7 miles from my house that has a rack of about 12 used model 700 BDL (better grade) in everything from 270 to 300 Win mag - and they can all be had for $425 or less.
