How big can I print these?

Would 16 by 20 work? Taken in nikon d3300 first one has high thermal noise because it's a 13 minute exposure

16x20 should be fine. Is the first image the right one, the exif says 201 seconds?

As long as you used the highest resolution available on your camera, a 16 x 20 inch print is possible
