The budget is under 50k. Great picture quality needed. Haven't used any before. Please suggest a few.

The image quality will mostly be due to the lens and not the body. The body does affect image quality in terms of the sensor's dynamic (ability to record details in brighter highlights and deeper shadows), and the amount of noise you get at higher ISOs. Both DR and noise are a result of a larger pixel which is why a lower resolution camera like the Sony A7S has such a huge dynamic range and very little noise. It has a larger pixels which give it its performance, but at the expense of resolution. For those who are not printing large but are often shooting low-light situations, this is a compromise that they're more than willing to accept.

Your budget will get you into a Pentax K-50 which is the best DSLR at this price range. Compared to the Canon T series and the Nikon D3200, the Pentax K-50 has a faster AF system, faster shutter speeds, faster continuous shooting, a better viewfinder, has the best ergonomic design making it quite easy to use, especially for beginners. It's also the only one that is weather and dust proof. You don't state what denomination your 50K budget is in, but I'm assuming it's Indian Rupee. If so, because you probably live in a hot & humid environment, the weatherproofing of all Pentax DSLRs and many of their lenses is a highly desirable feature.

If all that wasn't enough, it's the only body to have in-body image stabilization (IBIS). Since the sensor is doing the stabilizing, you get a stabilized image with any lens ever made for the Pentax K-mount. IBIS allows for the use of 3 stops slower shutter speeds. This means that if the slowest SS you could shoot at was 1/60th, you can now shoot at 1/8th. Or, you could also choose to shoot at a lower ISO. So instead of shooting at ISO 3200, you'd get sharper images (because you don't need to use noise reduction), and better color and contrast by shooting at ISO 400.

Pentax doesn't have the marketing budget of Canon or Nikon, which unfortunately means that they're often not on people's radar. But reviewers who've never shot with a Pentax are often very impressed with the image quality, handling, and how intuitive the camera buttons, dials and menu system is designed. All at a lower price than Canon/Nikon, and with more features and a higher build quality. Pentax. Under 50k? Okay! 50 THOUSAND? If you mean 50,000 dollars, yep, you can get a pretty decent camera for that.
