Getting my first DSLR camera?

I'm 14 about to turn 15 and really interested in photography not just as a hobby but hopefully a career someday I'll be taking classes in the fall. So what type of dslr camera would be a good for a beginner like me? I'm looking into all brands (cannon, nikon… Etc.). The minimum I would like to spend is around $600 for right now. Also if anyone out there has some good online photography courses you would recommend that would be great!

Get whatever you can with that amount. All dSLRs are basically the same.

Nikon d3000 or d3100.www.digital-photography-school.com is a great site full of tips for from beginners to pros. You can also sign up for a newsletter email that has all the latest articles and tips. And canon is spelled canon

I'm 11, turning 12 and I'm getting my first DSLR. One of my options is this one: http://www.bestbuy.com/...&lp=3&cp=1. I've used it, and it's great. That bundle is great for the price.
