What are Nikon D600's competitors?

I'm about to finalize my decision on buying a D600 but I would like to know if I'm overlooking maybe a better competitor with a cheaper price range. Is the D800 worth the extra money if compared to the D600?
I'm looking into a Pro-DSLR but am not wanting to spend a whole lot of money. I know it's being overly optimistic but is there a camera out there which is around a $1800 price range, includes at least 2 lenses, has great mega pixels, is a professional DSLR and includes video recording?

Canon EOS 6D and Sony A99.

I would say a Canon 6D DSLR. I would say also check out the camera packages over at the eBay stores or at tigerdirect.com. If you want to get the DSLR with accessories, like extra lenses, bags, etc.
