So, I'm getting a new DSLR soon, So I thought I should go for full frame, now these two are great Cameras
I searched for reviews and stuff, but the problem is that some say canon is great and low noise and some say that nikon is better. So I'm really confused.
I'm ok to move from canon to nikon if I have to.
So which one get more details? Colours? And lower noise?
i.e more powerfull
I'll use it in travel/landscapes/macro
Video isn't a problem, I'll use the 60D with 50mm lens
So what do you think?

Here is the harsh, but honest truth - since you have to ask, you don't need either. And since you're asking which produces better colors, you definitely don't need either. Lenses are more important than the camera body, so spend that 3 grand budget of yours and put it towards some nice glass and just keep your 60D. Since you shoot landscapes, get either a Canon 10-22, or, better yet, get a Tokina 11-16 2.8. Also buy a sturdy tripod and a remote release. Switching camera brands is a typical beginner mistake that will end up costing you a lot more money than you think it will.

You already have canon, why would you want to switch brands?
do you have lenses for Canon, specifically EF lenses (not EF-S as they will not work on the mkiii)?

if yes, get the Canon

are you going to keep your 60D?

if yes, get the Canon

are you going to sell off everything you have and start with a fresh full frame system?
if yes, then either.

for landscapes, and macro, the Nikon D800 reigns king. With its superior sensor, it wanders into medium format territory with only a fraction of the fraction of the cost. The 5D mark iii is another phenomenal camera.

this lab tests suggest that the D800's sensor is superior in every way to the Canon's.
