Nikon D400 announcement?

Does anyone have any guesses as to when the D400 will be announced? I'm a Photojournalism student and I have a D5100 that's not tough enough for my needs - The buttons are really worn out & squishy and the rubber is peeling off and it only has about 37, 000 clicks. And I don't want to buy a used D300s because I know as soon as I do the D400 will be announced…

If that's happened in just 37, 000 that's telling me you're too rough with it. You'll probably just do the same thing to a new one. Learn how to take care of your gear and that won't happen.
