Looking for a good setup with my Nikon D200 (not too familiar with nikon lenses)?

After finally deciding on buying a Nikon D200 (couldn't resist the price of $350), i now have to buy some lenses for it.
I only have $330 left to spend on a lens or a couple if i'm able. I have had my eye on the Micro Nikor 60mm 2.8 but that would be the only lens i would be able to buy right now. I'm not to familiar of the Nikon lens selections so i don't know if there's a slightly cheaper macro i could buy and still be able to afford a cheap wide angle or zoom lens. So any recommendations would be great, Thanks.

With that budget, look for used.
Nikon's 28-105. Good 1:2 macro, not much wide, sharp allrounder.
Nikon's DX kit lenses, 18-55, 18-70, 18-105 and 18-135. Any of these for a good price will do. All of them are decent zooms with an excellent price/performance ratio.
Nikon's old manual focus macro lenses, some can be had dead cheap and these work well with your camera.
Alternatively. A set of macro rings from dealextreme and a cheap 50mm manual focus lens.
Just a few ideas.

If you are new to photography, get a lens in the range of 18-55 (or 18-200)
