I'm an okay photographer.how do i improve?

umm… I click my photographs wid a nikon d300. But i click on auto mode. (yea. I knoe).
i want to learn how to click professionally… Or maybe… How can i improve and stuff… I would love tricks. And advices and criticism on d pics that i have clicked.

I personally think that you're doing a good job. But the only way to get better is to practice and try different things. Of course nature is beautiful but also the easiest thing to photograph. Try practicing on people, in different area, background, in day light and at night, etc. As for photographing people can be a bit more of a challenge. Practice and you'll see that you will get the hang of it and have that "touch". And if it is something you really enjoy doing, you might want to consider taking classes for it! Could bring you further in your future doing something you love!

see what other people are doing with the same camera - on flickr and see where you are falling short…

everyone shoots close-ups of flowers and pets and household junk… Try thinking outside the box…
