What does that mean to you. Some people consider the Nikkor 50 mm f/1.2 lens BIG for that focal length lens

The Panasonic GH4 is one of the best digital cameras for video. However at $1,400 it's almost 2x more expensive than a Sony camcorder that will produce a superior video making experience.

GoPro is a niche product designed specifically for those who need a fisheye lens to record themselves flying through the air on a dirt bike, surfboard, underwater, etc… Unless that is what you intend to use it for, then go ahead and get one. Just realize that GoPros are designed to be used in areas where a camcorder would be too heavy, too big, or likely get damaged. Because it uses a fisheye lens, the distortion is going to be extremely heavy and therefore it's not recommended for non-action use.
