Do you have to add PC syc and HotShoe voltages together?

I have a Nikon D200 and two flash units. One attaches to the Hotshoe and the other with a PC sync cable. The one on the cable is old and has a 234V trigger. The other flash is a Nikon SB-20 with a 5.5V trigger. Will I have to add these voltages up to see if it's under the rated max voltage (Which is 250V. I know they add up to less than that but I'm a bit oo err with the old flash by it's self) or do the connectors have their own separate max voltages?

It will be fine. Add the voltages together if you want, but it doesn't matter. PC cable is not part of that 250v thing everyone worries about.
