Fujifilm X-Pro1 and Nikon flash guns not firing?

I have an X-Pro1 and have for the longest time (past 2 years) been using the Fuji EF-X20, Polaroid ring flash, Nikon SB-80DX and Nikon SB-28 on my X-Pro1's hot shoe and they have fired reliably. Until today, only the Fuji EF-X20, and the Polaroid ring flash fire every shutter release.

I'm not sure what's going on. Any helpful tips?

Check the batteries? Connection alright? It seems rare for both Speedlights to break simultaneously, but we can't rule it out… Try firing the two problematic ones off of the shoe and see what happens then.

Set X-Pro1 to Manual mode and select a shutter speed not faster than the maximum flash sync speed (try 1/125s if you don't know) then set flash to Auto mode. If that doesn't work, try the flash on another camera.
