For the digital camera experts?
I want a high quality compact digital camera, preferably with some zoom.out of these three, which takes the highest quality photos?
1.Fujifilm finepix f550exr
2.nikon s9100
3.cannon S95
Added (1). Lizz, just wondering, what's wrong with the fujifilm?
The Canon.
In my opinion, nikon, but cannon and nikon are both the best quality. It's just a matter of which you prefer. DO NOT buy the fujifilm.
Lizz is right.
fujifilm are cheap.
fujifilm < canon & nikon
Between the three, definitely the cannon, it has faster iso settings, as well as a faster lens, with a wider range from wide angel to telephoto.
Fuji is actually a good camera company. It is Kodak you want to run away from
anyway, if you want zoom, I suggest the Nikon
but the best camera in terms of quality of pictures is the Canon S95 because it features a larger sensor than most point and shoot cameras as well as having manual controls
You can consider Canon PowerShot S95 10 MP Digital Camera
10.0-megapixel sensor combined with the DIGIC 4 Image Processor creates Canon's HS System
Capture 720p HD video in stereo sound; play back on an HDTV via the HDMI output
f/2.0 lens for low light conditions or shallow depth-of-field; control ring for intuitive manual control
3.8x optical zoom; 28mm wide-angle lens; Canon's Hybrid IS to compensate for angular and shift camera shake
Capture images to SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards (not included)
While nikon clearly wins in the DSLR department, the S95 kicks the other 2 in the face with its features and image quality. Coming from a Nikon user… Get the canon
The 12MP Fuji S2700 HD has very impressive realistic color reproduction.
Color reproduction better than 35mm film. Opinion after 29 yrs of photog.
The newer Fuji S2800 14MP model will be even better and approx $200
Action stopping (butterflies in flight) high performing power packed enjoyable to use intelligent digital camera with a some auto and manual settings and HD video.
Customize the settings prior to shooting and there will be little to nothing wrong.
The camera is virtually fool proof after reading the instructions.
