There are a few.
The Nikkor 10.5 mm, the Tokina 10-17 mm fisheye zoom and an inexpensive Opteka 6.5mm f/3.5

I use a Nikon 10.5mm f/2.8 fisheye lens on my D90 and I can recommend it.

Precision Design 0.25x Super AF Fisheye Lens is a decent enough product. At only $60 for a fisheye, it's not so bad. But not good enough quality for the more serious photographer, but then, I expect they would buy a more expensive lens anyhow.
