Zoom lens for Nikon D90?

Tofy s
I'm a beginner photographer, my camera is Nikon D90, I have Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G and Nikon 50mm f/1.8D AF Nikkor Lens.
I've been thinking of getting a zoom lens either Nikon 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED IF AF-S VR or Nikon 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR.

Both are good lenses. The 70-300 gives you 100mm extra but it's also significantly heavier and bigger and more expensive. All depends on why you want them.
